Having been a chef for 15 years I decided to put complete energy into one area that I love which is olive oil and to provide products of exceptional quality to foodies alike.The olive oil used in Fuchs products has been grown locally in the Hunter Valley in the Rothbury and Broke regions by growers just as passionate as my self in producing the best quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil the region has to offer.
